Format

A modular three-hour workshop for up to 10 AI newcomers and recent adopters. Each of the five modules within a workshop begins with a short introductory video presentation, after which participants divide into groups to complete two activities.

This workshop takes place at premises organised by you. If you would prefer it that we organised the venue, refreshments etc. at a location that is convenient for you, please additionally select ‘Hosting’ in Products.

Likewise, you can add more people to a workshop using ‘Additional Participant(s)’ in Products.

Modules

  1. Introduction to AI  – the recent evolution of the technologies we’re beginning to rely on

  2. Generative AI Fundamentals  – how generative models produce content and some of the latest tools

  3. Prompt Engineering – how to craft effective prompts, refine outputs and use best practices

  4. AI For Sales  - lead scoring, chatbots, recommendation systems and sentiment monitoring

  5. AI In Marketing – applications: personalised messaging, content automation, customer insights

Follow-up

The workshop is supported by a comprehensive content library. By arrangement, participants can book a private 1-to-1 follow-up.
